Tribo™ 2x Sybr qPCR Super Mix

Description

Tribo™ 2x Fast Sybr Green qPCR Master Mix with different ROX levels and package sizes provide a convenient choice suitable for different qPCR instruments. It is a 2x concentrated premix containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, Mg²⁺, SYBR Green I dye (detection), ROX reference dye, and PCR buffer components. The proprietary chemical modifications of the enzyme make PCR hot start activation much faster (less than 1 minute) than the normal 10 minute activation in standard real-time qPCR amplifications. This confers a significant reduction in non-specific PCR amplification (see Figure 1). As the enzyme buffer system is optimized for real-time PCR, the product offers high amplification efficiency and high detection sensitivity in real-time PCR.
