Return Eligibility
We accept product returns within 30 calendar days of delivery only if the return is due to a validated quality issue directly attributable to the product. The following conditions apply:
- The issue must be clearly documented (e.g., failed assay data, CoA inconsistency, visible defect).
- The product must be in its original, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued prior to return. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
Validated Quality Claims Must Include:
A clear description of the issue
Supporting data or images (e.g., assay results, batch deviation)
The product lot number and purchase reference
Our technical support team will review the claim to verify the quality issue prior to authorizing a return.
Refund Process
- Once the return is received and approved, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of return approval.
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your issuing bank.
Conditions Not Covered by This Policy
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Products used or reconstituted incorrectly
- Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective)
- Returns requested beyond the 30-day window
