Aurora kinase inhibitor

Functions

Inhibitor of Aurora kinases. Blocks cell cycle progressing, inhibits proliferation, and induces apoptosis in a wide range of cancer cell lines (IC50 = <10 μM for clear cell renal carcinoma).

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 100 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
