Description

10X TBE Buffer is a sterile-filtered solution of 0.9 M Tris, 0.9 M Boric Acid, and 0.02 M EDTA used to prepare 1X buffer for polyacrylamide and agarose gel electrophoresis.

Directions for Use

Dilute 10X TBE to a 1X solution using ddH2O. This product supplies enough 10X material to make 10 liters of 1X solution.

Storage Conditions

Supplied as a 10X solution, 1000mL.
Store at room temperature.
