Ribospin (RNA isolation)

Description

Ribospin™ provides a convenient method for the isolation of total RNA from cell and tissue samples. Ribospin™ procedures employed the glass fiber membrane technology for the fastest and the most convenient of high purity RNA isolation, instead of conventional alcohol precipitation or phenol/chloroform extraction. The whole procedure takes only 15 minutes and the eluates are suitable for RT-PCR or any downstream application without further manipulation.
