Product Overview

Description Recombinant Mouse RNF43 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Gly24-Tyr197.
Purity > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE;> 95% as determined by HPLC
Accession Q5NCP0
Target Symbol RNF34
Synonyms E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF43;RING finger protein 43;RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase RNF43;Rnf43
Species Mouse
Expression System HEK293
Tag C-hFc
Expression Range Gly24-Tyr197
Mol. Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 45.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 53-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Form Lyophilized
Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Endotoxin Less than 1EU per ug by the LAL method.
Activity Immobilized Mouse R spondin 1, His Tag at 2ug/ml (100ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Mouse RNF43, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 0.11ug/ml determined by ELISA. Contact us for detailed testing images.
Storage Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Shipping Shipped at ambient temperature.
Gene Background RNF43 (E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF43 or RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase RNF43) functions as a tumor suppressor, by exerting a predominant negative feedback mechanism in the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. RNF43 inhibits Wnt/beta-catenin signaling by ubiquitinating Frizzled receptor and targeting it to the lysosomal pathway for degradation.
