HDAC inhibitor

Functions

A potent inhibitor of class I and II HDACs. Cotreatment with panobinostat and an HSP90 inhibitor caused synergistic apoptosis in human CML-BC and AML cells. A potent antimyeloma agent that overcomes drug resistance.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 100 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 5 mg/ml with warming), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20° for up to 1 month.
