Functions

A potent and selective inhibitor of dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPPIV) (Ki=130 nM). May be used in cell cuture (1-10 M) or in vivo (10 mg/kg orally). Cell permeable. Experimental anti-diabetic agent. This product not approved for human therapeutic use.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml) or in Water (up to 20 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or distilled water may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 month.
