Induces stem cell neuronal differentiation

Functions

Induces neuronal differentiation of multipotent hippocampal neural progenitor cells. It is more potent and selective compared to retinoic acid. Suppresses astrogliogenesis.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 10 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20° for up to 3 months.
