Functions

Endogenous anti-inflammatory lipo-aminoacid. Full agonist at GPR18. Induces macrophage apoptosis via GPR18 which may be a mechanism for its resolution of inflammation activity.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 50 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 month.
