Applications

JMJD2 inhibitor

Functions

Inhibits JMJD2 histone demethylases. Represses the expression of viral (HCMV and HSV-1) immediate early genes (IC50 ~ 10 μM) and abrogates infection. Represses the reactivation of HSV from the latent state in sensory neurons.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 20 mg/ml) or in Water (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20° for up to 1 month.
