Multi-kinase inhibitor

Functions

Inhibits the following kinases PKG (IC50=4 mM), PKA (IC50=8 mM), PKC (IC50=12 mM)1. Increases human fibroblast reprogramming efficiency with PD0325901, CHIR99021, A83-01 and hLIF. Improves single cell survival and supports high cloning efficiency in human pluripotent stem cells.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 30 mg/ml) or in water (up to 40 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or distilled water may be stored at -20°C for up to 2 months.
