Genistein glycoside

Functions

A novel selective inhibitor of terminal deoxyribonucleotidyl-transferase. Disrupts cell cycle and induces apoptosis in human ovarian cancer SK-OV-3 cells. Inhibits UV light-induced plasmid DNA damage and cell growth in human melanoma cells.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 10 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 week.
