Doxoves® – PEGylated Liposomal Doxorubicin HCl (2.0mg/mL)

Doxorubicin HCl is loaded into PEGylated liposomes with ammonium gradient by the active loading approach. It is comparable to the commercial product DOXIL®/Caelyx® at 2.0mg/mL drug concentration. The liposomes are prepared to high quality with consistent lot-lot characteristics. Narrow particle size distribution and high drug encapsulation efficiency.
