Description

DEPC-treated water is suitable for use with RNA. It is prepared by incubating RNase and DNase-free water with 0.1% diethylpyrocarbonate (DEPC). The DEPC is then removed in the autoclave.
Sterile Filtered. No DNase or RNase activity detected. Molecular Biology Grade.

Applications:

This item is used for molecular biology assays in RNase and DNase-free conditions.

Storage:

Supplied as ready-to-use RNase and DNase-free H2O, 500mL. Shipping and storage at room temperature.
