Functions

A chemically novel and potent immunosuppressive agent. Suppresses T cell activation and IFNγ secretion in vitro and in vivo. Induces expansion of regulatory T cells by via interfering with IFNγ -induced STAT1 signaling.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 10 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
