HDAC inhibitor

Functions

A novel non-hydroxamic acid HDAC inhibitor. IC50=5-10 µM (HeLa nuclear extract). Induces growth inhibition, proapoptotic and differentiation effects on human leukemia cell lines.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 10 mg/ml with warming), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20° for up to 3 months.
