amfiSure PCR Premix Mix

amfiSure PCR Premix combines amfiSure Taq DNA Polymerase Mix with all the reagents required for successful PCR, premixed and dried in single-use aliquots. The lyophilized format eliminates the need to thaw reagents. To perform PCR, simply add water, primers, and template to resuspend the reaction mixture, and cycle. amfiSure PCR Premix also improves PCR amplification reactions by decreasing background and increasing amplification of desired products. For added convenience amfiSure PCR Premix contains a premixed red and yellow loading dyes to allow loading of PCR product directly on a gel after thermal cycling, minimizing pipetting steps and providing easy visualization of sample.

Each thin wall PCR tube contains a pellet of amfiSure Taq DNA Polymerase Mix, Mg++, deoxyribonucleotide triphosphates, buffers, stabilizers, and red and yellow loading dyes. The final volume of each reaction, including primers, template, and water, is 25 ul.

Composition for Each Reaction 1u/rxn amfiSure Taq DNA Polymerase Mix, 10mM Tris-HCl(pH 8.8 at 25 ℃), 50mM KCl, 0.08% Nonidet P40, 1.75mM MgCl2, 0.2mM dGTP, 0.2mM dATP, 0.2mM dTTP, 0.2mM dCTP, stabilizers, and red and yellow loading dyes.
Contents 8-Strip 0.2ml tube with individual attached cap containing amfiSure PCR Master Mix.
