1M Tris-HCl Buffer

Description

Tris-HCl buffer is used in many applications within biochemistry and molecular biology areas. The buffer is formulated with different pH values from 7.0 to 9.5 to make better choices for multiple needs. Tribioscience’s Tris-HCl buffer is supplied as 1M concentration at different pH: 7.0, 7.2, 7.4, 7.5, 7.8, 8.0, 9.0, and 9.5. The volume of each bottle is 1000mL.

Directions for Use

Tris-HCl Buffer (1M, pH 7.0- 9.5) can be used for cell culture, protein assay, and other molecular biology research. It can be diluted to desirable concentration.
