Description

Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is formulated in sterile filtered condition to be used as a buffer for cell culture, ELISA, protein assay, and other molecular biological assays. 1X PBS contains 10 mM Na₂HPO₄, 2.0 mM KH₂PO₄, 2.7 mM KCl, 137 mM NaCl, pH 7.2~7.4.

TBS5003-2 contains CaCl₂ and MgCl₂ which are required for cell-cell and cell-substrate adhesion. It maintains the structural and physiological integrity of cells than the DPBS without Calcium and Magnesium. DPBS buffer, with calcium and magnesium, is a ready-to-use buffer solution in sterile and filtered conditions.

Applications:

• This product is used for cell culture, immunohistochemical detection, ELISA, Western Blot, protein isolation, flow cytometric, and in situ hybridization procedures.
• The PBS buffer is ready to use. It does not need any dilution.
